Privacy Policy

What we collect, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

01Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how DeedFlow, Inc. ("DeedFlow", "we", "us") handles personal information collected through this website, our webinars and our communications with you. DeedFlow, Inc. is a Delaware corporation with its principal office at 5263 W. Windsor Ln, Highland, UT 84003.

If you invest, the subscription documents and the transfer agent's platform have their own privacy terms, which apply alongside this policy.

02Information we collect

Information you give us when you request offering information, register for a webinar, book a call or write to us:

  • Your name, email address and phone number
  • The amount you might consider investing, if you choose to tell us, and anything you write in a message
  • Your choices about email and text messages

Information collected automatically when you visit:

  • Campaign details from the link you arrived on (UTM parameters such as source, medium, campaign and content, and ad click identifiers), the first page you landed on and the referring page
  • Standard technical information such as your browser, device type, IP address and the pages you view, recorded by our hosting provider

If you register for a webinar, Zoom also records whether and when you attended.

03Cookies and similar technologies

We store the campaign details from the link you arrived on in your browser's session storage and in a first-party cookie named df_attr that lasts 30 days, so we know which partner introduced you even if you browse other pages before submitting a form. We remember your light or dark display preference in local storage.

We do not use third-party advertising cookies on this site. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings; the site still works without them.

04How we use information

  • To send you the offering circular and the information you ask for, and to answer your questions
  • To register you for webinars and send confirmations and reminders
  • To follow up about the offering by email, and by phone or text only if you consented to those
  • To understand which partners and campaigns bring people to us, and to settle partner arrangements where they apply
  • To operate, secure and improve the website
  • To meet our legal, regulatory and record-keeping obligations, including those that apply to securities offerings

05Text messages

We send text messages only if you check the separate text-message box on a form. Consent to texts is never a condition of investing, registering or receiving information.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving messages and HELP for help.

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except the service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf.

06Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

  • Service providers that work for us under contract: our customer relationship and messaging platform (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector), Zoom for webinars, our scheduling tool, our email providers, and our website host (Vercel)
  • T7X Equity, Inc., our SEC-registered transfer agent, and the subscription platform it operates, if you choose to invest
  • Our professional advisers, such as lawyers and accountants, under duties of confidentiality
  • Regulators, courts or law enforcement when the law requires it, or to protect our rights or others' safety
  • A successor in a merger, financing or sale of all or part of our business, subject to this policy

If a partner introduced you through a link, we may tell that partner whether you registered or invested so referral arrangements can be settled. We do not give partners your messages or financial details.

07How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and webinar records while we are in contact with you and for as long as needed for the purposes above, including any period the law requires for securities-related records. Records we no longer need are deleted or anonymized.

08Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from email using the link in any message, and stop texts by replying STOP.

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing invest@deedflowcapital.com. Depending on where you live, state privacy laws may give you additional rights; we honor them as the law requires and will not treat you differently for using them. We may need to verify your identity, and we may keep information the law requires us to keep.

09Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls and reputable service providers to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10Children

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

11Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date on this page shows the latest version. Material changes are posted here before they take effect.
