As CEO of DeedFlow, she leads the company’s vision of leveraging proven real estate strategies and innovative technology to expand investor access and drive long-term growth.

Ben Daniels

Chief Operating Officer

Ben Daniels brings over 20 years of real estate experience and a proven background in executive leadership, operational management, and organizational development. Having contributed to more than $375 million in residential real estate sales, Ben specializes in building scalable systems, optimizing business processes, and leading high-performing teams.

As COO of DeedFlow, he directs operational strategy and portfolio management for the company’s fix-and-flip and tax lien investments, focusing on operational efficiency, risk management, asset performance, and sustainable growth.

Scott Lewis

Board Director

Scott Lewis brings 40 years of entrepreneurial experience to his role as a board director at DeedFlow. Having built more than 20 companies and served on several boards, he contributes experience in business development, strategic partnerships, and scaling organizations.

Throughout his real estate career, Scott has built a worldwide team of more than 10,000 agents. As CEO and co-owner of Legacy Group International (LGI), brokered by eXp Realty, he helps real estate professionals grow their businesses through coaching, technology, marketing support, and collaboration. His focus includes helping agents develop recurring income and create a lasting exit strategy.

At DeedFlow, Scott contributes strategic relationships, global agent reach, and business-building expertise to help guide growth and connect blockchain innovation with the practical needs of real estate professionals and property owners. His focus is on turning businesses and relationships into long-term value for individuals and their families.

Tom Truong

Board Director

Tom Truong brings 30+ years of hands-on real estate experience to his role as a board director at DeedFlow, having personally flipped, bought, and sold more than $1 billion in real estate. His experience with the We Buy Ugly Houses franchise system provides practical insight into property acquisition, renovation, valuation, and investment strategy.

He also leads an eXp International revenue-share organization of 1,800 agents across 8 countries, bringing an international network and experience in building and scaling real estate businesses.

As the 2019 National President of AREAA and a leader involved in Trusted Smart Chain, Tom bridges traditional real estate with real-world asset tokenization.
